Buffalo, NY

In 2014, Housing Visions partnered with PUSH Buffalo to revitalize a West Side neighborhood of Buffalo as a mixed-income, mixed-use sustainable community. New activity, life, and monies are being injected into Buffalo, New York, and for some the city, it is paying off and neighborhoods at risk are starting to turn the corner. However, the reality is that Buffalo is one of the most impoverished in the country. Many residents live dangerously near or below the national rate of poverty. The jobless rate exceeds national statistics.  Affordable housing is critical and our first project in Buffalo is one of the largest low-income, affordable housing projects to hit Buffalo in years.
