Housing Visions Unlimited, Inc.


The Board is and shall be responsible for setting the direction and priorities of the Corporation and for establishing general and basic policies and guidelines which, in its judgement, will best and most expeditiously result in the accomplishment of the corporate purpose.

Maryann Winters
Chair

Maryann resides in Fayetteville, New York. She is the chair of Housing Visions Unlimited, Inc. Board of Directors. She is a CPA and a partner with Sirchia & Cuomo, LLP. She is a member and past president of the Central New York Estate Planning Council; member of National Association of Certified Valuation Analysis. Additional affiliations include The New York Business Development Corporation; Aurora of Central New York; Onondaga Mental Health Association; National Abolition Hall of Fame and Museum and the Civil Rights Connection.
David Mankiewicz
Secretary

David serves as  secretary of Housing Visions Unlimited, Inc. Board of Directors. He is the Senior Vice President for Infrastructure and Urban Initiatives for CenterState CEO. David also serves as President of the University Hill Corporation a 501c3 organization comprised of educational and medical institutions, business organizations, churches, non for profit and other major stakeholders in University Hill. He has a Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from St. Lawrence University.
Kenyon Craig
President & CEO

Ken is a resident of Cazenovia and is one of the original founders of Housing Visions Unlimited, Inc. In addition to his duties with Housing Visions and its’ affiliates, Mr. Craig has also served as Vice President of Finance for Rochester Area Hospitals Corp., and Executive Vice President and Controller of Athens Development, Inc. He has also held financial and planning management positions at the Xerox Corporation and Pyramid Companies. Mr. Craig holds degrees from Lehigh University and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Donald Hazelmyer
Treasurer

Donald resides in Cicero, New York and is President of Dynamic Hybrids, Inc., a high tech electronics manufacture, partner in I360, a specialty lighting company, and a consultant for Syracuse Research Corporation. Donald is currently the chair for the finance committee of Housing Visions Unlimited, Inc. and Treasurer and Board Member of Visions for Change, Inc. further improving the quality of life for Housing Visions’ residents. He is a former chairman of the Board for Syracuse Flying Club and former manager for General Electric and Lockheed Martin Corporation. Donald attended Syracuse University for Electrical Engineering.
Rebecca Newman
Executive Vice President & COO

Becky resides in Liverpool, NY. She joined Housing Visions in 2006 and rounds out the Executive Management Team. She is now responsible for guiding the progress of the construction, development and property management teams.  Her keen ability to create a culture of working together with a hands-on approach furthers the company’s mission and reach. As a Certified Property Manager and licensed real estate broker, Ms. Newman has a high understanding of the real estate industry, particularly affordable and subsidized housing. Her vast working knowledge of a variety of housing programs, paired with her continual focus on improving the company’s operational efficiencies, furthers Housing Visions’ reputation for developing, constructing, and managing quality housing. Ms. Newman also has the designations of Assisted Housing Manager and Certified Credit Compliance Professional, in addition to proficiency certifications in Low Income Housing Tax Credit Compliance, Public Housing Management and the Housing Choice Voucher Program. Ms. Newman holds a BA degree in Economics and a BA degree in Public Policy Law from Hobart & William Smith Colleges.

Nichols V. Petragnani, Jr. is the Senior Vice President and Reginal Director of CPC’s Central & Western New York Region.  In this role Mr. Petragnani focus on the financing of new and existing multifamily rental housing and new or redeveloped for sale housing targeted to both low-moderate income and conventional markets. Previously he was with Fiscal Advisor & Marketing, Inc. of Syracuse where he specialized in assisting governmental entities and private developers with structuring financing packages to facilitate various development projects. While working as Vice President of the Community Initiatives Development Corporation (CIDC) he provided assistance to HUD under the HOME, Community Development Organization and Community Block Grant programs.  He has worked with municipalities and not-for-profit corporations throughout the United States to facilitate community development, develop affordable housing, organize Community Housing Development Organizations, and help build development capacity for these organizations.

Michael Stanton is a lead analyst for National Grid.  He has a B.A. in English from Gonzaga University and a Ph.D. in communications from the University of Washington in Seattle.  He is the President of the Southeast University Neighborhood Association and a Board member of the Syracuse Board of Zoning Appeals.

Donna O’Mahony Rohde has retired as a French teacher from Liverpool High School.  Her community involvement includes: Tomorrow’s Neighborhoods Today as a neighborhood facilitator; an Ally with Visions For Change; a Board Member with Visions For Change as well as Housing Visions Unlimited; and she is a member of the Onondaga Citizens League.  She is a tutor for Literacy CNY.
