PROJECT OVERVIEW

Butternut Crossing is a $16.3 million mixed-use development that will continue to strengthen the neighborhood revitalization efforts along Butternut Street, and further solidify the immediate area around St. Joseph’s Hospital of Syracuse. Several existing abandoned buildings acquired by the Greater Syracuse LandBank have been razed and will be replaced with energy efficient and functional residential units. Additionally, 3,870 +/- sq. ft. of leaseable commercial space will be available.
