Maryann Winters, CPA was recently honored at the 2014 Nonprofit Awards, receiving recognition for Board Leadership. She joined the Housing Visions Board in October of 1995 and has served as Chair of the Board of Directors for over 15 years. Housing Visions was founded 24 years ago to revitalize neighborhoods. Housing Visions is now celebrating investments of over $245 million in 317 buildings, with more than 1,093 housing units across 10 cities throughout New York State. Most of that growth has come during Maryann’s chairmanship of the Housing Visions board.
