The $24.1 million project brings on-line 80 new one-, two-, and three-bedroom units targeted toward individuals and families earning 80% or less of the Area Median Income. The development is ideally situated in a live, work, play area near employment, healthcare, retail, and recreation, made easier by the enhanced traffic connectivity from Tom Miller Road to Plaza Blvd.
This all-electric project was built with sustainability in mind and includes EnergySTAR-labeled cost-saving appliances, along with on-site laundry and central air.
The project partner, Behavioral Health Services North, has offices on-site to offer critical support services to community residents.
