David Yaman Realty Services and Housing Visions have joined forces to create Crescent Commons – the adaptive reuse of a vacant industrial building located at 165-177 Main Street in Cortland. Crescent Commons is the complete redevelopment of a signature downtown building that has been vacant and/or in disrepair for over 30 years.The approximately 149,000 square foot building will be converted to a mixed-use project containing 103,490 square feet of commercial space and 45,185 square feet of mixedincome apartments in 47 units.
Project partners include: City of Cortland, the Regional Economic Development Council, Cortland County, National Grid, Community Preservation Corporation, National Trust Community Investment Corporation, VIP Structures, Inc.
